This is what we were looking at last night. The flakes were so huge that it looked like it was snowing mini snowballs.... and oh yea we got several inches.. as in probably around 6 or so.. and yes more shoveling that we have yet to do. It turns out all our complaining about snow is actually accurate. According the today's local paper this has been the snowiest winter in 120 YEARS. Told you I have never in my life seen so much snow!!! The last time we got this much snow was the winter of 1886-1887 ( I wasn't around then .. I am trusting the papers stats) This Feb we have had 3 times the normal amount of snow for Feburary. This is only the second February in the past 141 years where we had more than 7 inches of snow in Feburary.

Oh my! I'm not a winter person - so I would be dying if I was in that much snow! We get a good bit here, but haven't had that much snow in a long time. Keep warm!
Did you guys get your snow blower to work? Because shovel the wet heavy snow today was no fun.
No...we haven't. I figured that we are so close to March that it isn't worth fixing until next Fall...but I have been rethinking my position on that. It is a snow thrower, not a snow blower...much less powerful, so I don't even know if it could pick up this stuff since it is soo heavy.
Oh I know how you guys feel!
