I took the Jetta in for its re inspection yesterday. The mechanic hooked up a little computer thingie to the car to find out why the check engine light was still on despite Mike buying and installing a new gas cap (which they told us to do and come back for re inspection). The mechanic turned the check engine light off using the computer and told me to drive the car around for a few days and come back and if the light didn't appear then we would pass inspection. If it did appear then more work was obviously needed.
Now that Keira can eat almost everything - (can being the key word) the first 2 pics are of her enjoying her first bowl of Trader Joe's Mac and cheese.

Hmm well they should have told you all the reasons it failed,,, was the check engine light on before? Is it still on? By law they have to give you this information
