So...Friday we added Nairi to our family.
Buyers for our house lifted the home inspection contingency.
Tomorrow we sign the final Purchase & Sale on our new house!
You probably can't see the house behind that lovely landscaping, but we will remove that shrubbery. Of course, we will take pictures of the progress.

The new house looks HUGE and beautiful! How many square feet to roam about in after the 646? How many bedrooms? It looks great.

There is 2400 sq. ft above ground. We currently have about 1100. The family room addition on the side of the house is 22x22! I am so excited!
4 Bedrooms. 2.5Baths.
Woo-hoo!! So excited for you guys. You will love the space, I am sure. And the neighborhood is fantastic.
I'm jealous, that house is huge! You won't know what to do with all the space! :)
