What is wrong with America???
Again I say it............ ARGHHHH!!! Did anyone watch Amercian Idol... we didn't but apparently Carly got voted off..... who I should add probably has one of the best vocal abilities on the show!!!!!! Mike is so annoyed he says he isn't watching the show anymore. I don't know if I can do that but its really getting annoying when people vote people to stay based on looks and not on musical ability. ARGHHH.. that is my gripe of the day!!!! :o)

Come on Tanya, is that the "American" definition of a star? Or i should say an "American Idol"? Well not by todays standards, look at some of the best money making stars they are more then a good voice (and a voice can be doctored to be good). Really, it's just another "reality" (well not the reality of the average American) show that creates controversy to catch the attention of the average American enough that you don't mind sitting through all the commercials,,, Look how bad it is! You're Pissed off at it but you still want to watch it to find out who wins! This makes me want to go off on another rant but I'll save you the lecture.

Anyway, I agree, Carly was the best. I'm sure David Archuleta is going to win because every female age 10-18 is voting for him, and unfortuantly I'm sure that age group makes up most of the viewers.
haha.. I beg to differ! :o) American Idol.. the people actually have to have some talent.. well they used to anyways.. now its more of a popularity contest. I am not a huge reality tv fan.. but I did like american idol although I think last years and this years shows were a little dissapointing.-tanya
I wasn't a fan until recent years but I did think this years talent was one of the best in years. And I do agree Carly was one of the best too. I get so upset with Simon's constant bad attitude. I didn't think the gal he had on last night that was his new "find" was any good. Did you all? The beat goes on..Aunt Nancy
