This is my depressing post for the week. Is anyone else sick of seeing the word Obama plastered all over every Internet page and every newspaper? Is anyone else sick of hearing about him and reading about his every move? Enough already. The man has shown himself capable of nothing so far and yet American is already in love with him. Is anyone else fearful about where he will take this country? Poor Bush is getting nothing but bad press. Yeah okay maybe he didn't make all the best choices but he was President during a difficult time and at least he is a decent, honest man who stands up the most basic right of all- the right to life for all...
I think I need a vacation from America.

I went in Newbury Comics... don't know if you have those up in NH but it's a CD/DVD/speciality store... well... they had a whole line of t-shirts with Obama portrayed as all different super heroes. I walked RIGHT out. Are they joking!? Why is this guy everyone's God right now? Oh that's right, because he's a CELEBRITY. He hasn't done ANYTHING yet, he's not even our president yet, yet somehow he has saved this world? Do you think if McCain won we'd see him and his family on the cover of CELEBRITY magazines like People and US Weekly all the time? nope! we wouldn't!
I hear ya! Scary time.
Not to mention the fact that during this tough economic time when people aren't getting raises and losing jobs left and right, the mindless media is gushing over how the country should pull out all the stops for Obama's inauguration. They gave Bush a hard time for spending $40 million for his but it's a-ok for Obama to spend over $160 million on his balls and parties. Just because it's Obama. Sickening.
Obama is bad news. May God Bless us all.
