This is what you cook with when you cook vegan.. apparently. Tomorrow we are going to Keira's friend Sarah's house for Easter Lunch. Sarah's daddy is Vegan. We are bringing choc chip cookies... and even though we were told that we can bring regular cookies and Matt can just not eat them - Mike saw it as a challenage so vegan choc chips cookies here we come.

Wow...way to go Mike and Tanya! Matt is going to be so excited! I just finished making vegan banana bread, vegan chocolate peanut butter rice crispies, and vegan choclate cupcakes! There will be plenty of desserts for sure!
