Mike has mostly finished the second floor stairway project- as you can see the 4 layers of ugly wallpaper are gone and there are new yellow walls in its place. The stairs have been cleaned and the carpet covering them removed, and we bought doors for the 2 bedrooms upstairs ( for some reason they had no doors). There are a few things left to be done- some molding work, door knobs, and at the top of the stairs mike is going to put in some bookshelves. But it looks GREAT compared to what it looked like before....
