That Oct 5th is the most popular birthday in America? Apparently right around the New Year is a popular time for conception. My theory is that it's cold, dark and the excitement of Christmas is over... in other words people have nothing else to do....... What I am really trying to say is...
we happen to be some of those people. Check out the little surprise we got on Sunday afternoon. Keira's pregnancy was the longest 39 and 3/4 weeks of my life. This time I found out even earlier-lucky me!! On Sunday I was exactly 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Yeah.. its super super early, today I am 4 weeks. Due date of around Oct 14th I believe. We are looking into different birthing options (birthing center or a home birth). Or maybe we will just go with your standard, boring hospital birth. I haven't decided yet.
Now I try not to get too excited and wait for the purgatory on earth known as morning sickness aka 24-7 nausea and vomiting to rear its ugly head. Maybe it will pass over me this time and torture someone else..... I doubt it!!
The thought of meeting the next Little Bean to be is truly exciting. The thought of being pregnant for the next 40 weeks- not so much. I am not of of those woman that "glows" during pregnancy and I am not one of those woman that enjoys being pregnant. I am sure I will survive. I did once before.
