It is colonial style, in that it uses plinth block and rosettes. The styrofoam that you see on the door (the yellow) is spray foam insulation to keep the drafts down.
I can't wait to see it! I love when molding has something extra! We have a big window that has the architectural blocks and I wish it continued through out the house. But, I'm sure Chris thinks otherwise! More jobs for him!
