I'm going to a cookie swap Friday and need to make 4-5 dozen cookies... so Mike and I are going to make good old sugar cookies. That way we can have all the fun of frosting and decorating them. Step one started last night. We made 2 double batches of the cookies and put them in the fridge for 24 hours. Tonight we will bake them and tomorrow we will decorate them.

I bow down to anyone who takes the time to make real sugar cookies! I don't mind making other kinds of cookies, but sugar cookies are TOO much work for me! haha!
