Corned Beef and Cabbage... sans the Cabbage.

Mary Kate made so traditional and yummy Corned Beef and Cabbage sans the Cabbage... so do you call it Corned Beef and Veggies? We had Irish Soda Bread too!!!!!!!!!! It was delicous!! Even Keira enjoyed it... well the potatoes and carrots anyway! :o)
