Recipe...

1 cup brown sugar (I would use 3/4 because they were a little too sweet)
1/2 cup honey
2/3 cup peanut butter -- natural kind.
1/2 cup butter melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups quick oats ( I used regular oats)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 wheat germ or ground flax (I used wheat germ)
2 T. sesame seeds
1/2 cup coconut ( I left this out)
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Other nuts as desiredBeat first 5 ingredients until smooth. Mix in rest of ingredients and then bake in a 9 x 13 pan @ 400 for 15 minutes or so. Cool to room temperature before eating
They are really easy to make and very chewy!!!

hmmm They are delicious!! I am addicted. Its 11 am and I have already had two...... Matt all you have to do is make it with vegan margarine and vegan choc chips and its vegan!!!!!!
